PBM Group officially introduces Remote Assistance Service

After months of testing and fine tuning, PBM Group officially introduces Remote Assistance Service.

RAS assumes PBM's troubleshooting engineer communicating with the client through digital means and assisting to resolve issue(s) onboard. RAS often means Troubleshooting, which is a process of problem solving, applied to repair malfunctioned systems on the vessel.

Troubleshooting is a logical, systematic search for the root cause of a problem in order to solve it, and make the target system operational again. It requires knowledge, structured approach and discipline.
