PBM was established in Rijeka, the largest port in Croatia, in 1995. Ever since, PBM has been continuously growing. In the 1999, PBM was the first among Croatian small companies to obtain the ISO 9001 Quality Certificate .
Service quality, customer satisfaction and years of experience in governor servicing and repair were recognized by the Woodward Company and in 2005, PBM became a Woodward distributor and independent service facility. Constant investments in education of its employees have made PBM service engineers experts in engine repairs, services and maintenance.

This also implies organizing safe, hygienic and secure working environment . PBM specialists are following security procedures taking care that their work cannot hurt other people in the workspace. They are always reducing hazards to a minimum and deal with them correctly. In the case of emergency, procedures are practised following the rules.
PBM technicians are trained and certified for Fire Safety , as well. All PBM field technicians regularly undertake rigorous medical examination for work with special conditions. PBM technicians have international health insurance.
